Our 2015 Annual General Meeting is quickly approaching on May 6, 2015 and with it comes elections for several Executive and Bargaining Unit Rep positions.
As in previous years, according to Bylaw 5.3, we require three (3) members to serve as our Elections Committee.
The Committee is responsible for accepting nominations before the AGM, producing a report for the AGM and assisting with elections and balloting at the meeting, if necessary.
If you are interested in being a part of the Committee for this year's meeting please email our Executive Secretary, Lesa Mansfield, by Friday, March 20th at 4:30pm with your name, department and extension.
